Lori is a licensed massage therapist with over forty years of professional experience. Originally licensed in Florida, she earned a BS in Exercise Physiology from the University of South Florida and went on to practice massage in Massachusetts for fifteen years while also teaching in both Massachusetts and New Jersey. Her career has spanned resort and day spas, medical settings alongside osteopaths, orthopedic surgeons, and physical therapists, as well as corporate massage environments, all of which inform her comprehensive and evolving approach to bodywork and education.
Currently practicing at a wellness center in Hoboken, NJ, Lori specializes in Myofascial Release, Orthopedic, and Prenatal massage. She also contracts with healthcare companies to provide chair massage and reflexology at corporations and universities throughout the region. Lori’s professional philosophy centers on continual growth and continuing education, a principle she weaves into every class she teaches, drawing from her extensive hands-on experience in Reflexology, Myofascial, and Prenatal massage.
