What is reflexology? Reflexology is based on the theory that the feet and hands are mirror images of the body. A reflexologist applies pressure, stretch and movement to the feet and hands in order to affect corresponding parts of the body. By stimulating different areas of the feet, the reflexologist can break up tension in the reflexively related areas.
